Features Introduction of Johnson Type Continuous Slot VWire Screen Pipe Hi-Flow Rate Stainless Steel Screen:
1. Screens with the high open area are more suitable for the construction of high-quality water wells, oil wells, gas wells.
2. Low-cost operation Screens with high open area shall favor groundwater infiltration. Abundant water shall reduce the water level’s down, thus to save energy consumption
3. Reduce the abrasion of the pump Under the same condition, high open area can make the speed of groundwater’s entering into the screen much slower than any other filtration apparatus, which will avoid sand entering into the screen because of high pressure, thus reduce the abrasion of the pump.
4. Extend the life span of wells Comparatively, groundwater’s entering into a screen with a higher open area is much easier than entering into a lower open area screen. The slow water flow shall extend the life span of wells.
Johnson Type Continuous Slot VWire Screen Pipe Parameters:
1. Filter Gap (mm) : 0.05mm, 0.1mm. 25mm, 0.5mm, 0.63mm, 0.75mm, 1.0mm in usual. (Min slot: 0.025mm)
2. The opening area is up to 80%.
3. Material: Non-magnetic Stainless steel, low carbon steel, low carbon steel galvanized, stainless steel (201, 304, 316L, 321, 904L.) ,Duplex steel etc.
4. The length is 5.8 meters or 2.9 meters to fit container. From 100-6000mm
5. Outside diameter From 29-1300mm (Normal diameter is in the below table)
6. Connection type: Welded rings/Plain beveled ends,Male/female threaded,Flange etc.
7. Wrap wire:2*3.5mm,2.2*3.5mm,2.2*4.5mm,3*4.6mm,3*5mm,3*6mm,3*6.5mm,3*7mm etc.
8. Support rod:ø3.0-ø6.0mm round wire, Also can be Vee-shaped wire.
